FOUR HOUR WORKSHOP

Communicating for Leadership Success helps leaders communicate effectively so they can spark action in others. Leaders learn the Interaction Essentials they need to handle the variety of challenges and opportunities they encounter every day in the workplace and beyond. Leaders learn how to use the key principles of esteem, sharing, empathy, support, and involvement to meet the personal needs of their employees while inspiring them to achieve practical needs.

This course describes how making a successful transition from peer to leader benefits the team, the leader, and the organization. The course explores the challenges new and emerging leaders face and leaders learn four keystrategies for meeting these challenges.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

ONE HOUR WORKSHOP

In this fun and interactive Team Development workshop leaders learn the four stages that teams transition through: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. They engage in an activity that allows them to experience these phases in real time and they participate in phase-specific  team-building activities that they can bring back to their teams.

Group Coaching – Group coaches work with individuals in groups. The focus can range from leadership development to career development, stress management to team building. Group coaching combines the benefits of individual coaching with the resources of groups. Individuals learn from each other and the interactions that take place within the group setting.


Presentation/Communication Skills Coaching –This type of coaching helps individuals gain self-awareness about how they are perceived by others and why they are perceived in that way. Clients learn new ways to interact with others. The use of video recording with feedback allows clients to see themselves as others do. The coach helps clients change the way they communicate and influence others by changing their words, how they say those words, and the body language they use to convey their intended messages.
